Course Description

Poor quality costs businesses an estimated 15–20% of annual revenue. The ISO 9001 Lead Implementer Training Course empowers professionals to reduce that cost through structured quality management. This five-day PECB course equips you to establish, operate, and improve a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.

You’ll learn how to manage quality across the organization, address risks and opportunities, and use process-based thinking to drive consistency. The course also emphasizes the role of leadership, the importance of customer focus, and how to foster a culture that supports continual improvement.

By applying PECB’s IMS2 Methodology, you’ll be able to guide the implementation process from initiation through audit readiness. Upon successfully passing the included exam, you may apply for the internationally recognized PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer credential.

Certification and examination fees are included in the price of the training course.
